Fresh on the nose with vegetal notes of herbs, wheat and a strong salty note. Balanced and floral on the palate with hints of citrus, hazelnut and caramel. Oak and spices on the finish.

Al naso sentori di mela e agrumi, note di cannella e rovere. Al palato strutturato e di lunga persistenza.

Rye Whiskey 12yo - 43% - (USA)
A finish in three different ex-wine barrels (Port, Sauternes and Madeira) add aromas and complexity.
On the nose notes of vanilla, sponge cake, caramel and chocolate with hints of apple and oak. On the palate a beautiful combination between the notes of red fruits from the barrels and the spices of the rye, notes of plums, raisins, honey and cinnamon with hints of cherry and nutmeg. The finish is of medium persistence with notes of dark chocolate, honey, menthol, caramel and vanilla.

Single Malt Scotch Whisky - 40% - Ancnoc (Highlands - SCOZIA) - Maturato in botti di rovere americano, finito in botti di sherry di Jerez, che gli conferiscono le sue note Raffinate. Al naso dolce con sfumature di miele, frutta tropicale, cannella, toffee, fumo di falò. Al palato spezie calde, mele caramellate, note di vaniglia, fumo. Finale di lunga durata, fumo di legna, caramello, vaniglia.

Islay Single Malt - 46% - Kilchoman (SCOZIA - Islay) Al naso la scorza di limone, la vaniglia e la distinta influenza costiera lasciano il posto a un’intensità floreale, pesche succose, pere e sentori di spezie ricche. Al palato esplosioni di frutta tropicale e uva sultanina secca, fumo caldo e ondate di miele, malto, caramello al burro e ricca dolcezza. Finale frutta imbevuta di sherry, pepe nero spezzato e sale marino. Lunga tenuta con strati di dolcezza agrumata e fumo di torba marina.
